Only the 30% advance payment in two days since the reservation has been made gives the confirmed booking. The rest of payment needs to be paid during the check-in. 

No usage of any of our benefits, as well as shortening the stay, will not entitle to any refund.

Reservation can be cancelled within seven days before the arrival


Requiring VAT invoice the data should be provided before sending the advance payment.Otherwise, a receipt will be issued after the funds are credited to our account for the service.
