Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation (or change) of the reservation up to 7 days before the start of the stay, the client may transfer the paid deposit to a stay on any other date until the end of the current year (price conditions applicable to the new stay date apply).

In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the hotel day, the paid deposit is forfeited. It is possible to purchase insurance against cancellation costs (in case of illness or other unforeseen events) from an external insurance company.
